Irrigation

Garden irrigation systems are fast becoming an environmental must-have addition for gardens. Automatic systems reduce the time and effort required to water a garden, and drip line systems are super-efficient, reducing water wastage and cost. We install irrigation systems suitable for all your garden areas and have years of experience in designing bespoke systems.

Pop-up sprinklers

Pop-up sprinklers rise from the ground whenever the system is activated and then retract when the system is turned off. They are ideal for various types of gardens and are primarily used for watering lawn areas, as they deliver water precisely and efficiently throughout the garden, minimizing wastage.

Drip irrigation systems

Tree irrigation system for project 7365 by Cotswold Estates and Gardens.

Drip irrigation systems are the most efficient of the garden watering systems, designed to release water precisely to the roots of plants, which is important for plant establishment (this can take up to three years). Using a network of pipes, water is carried around the garden and then connected to drippers, which release water slowly. Planters, pots, and raised beds benefit from the use of a micro bore dripper system, which delivers water discreetly, distributing the correct amount of water to allow your plants to flourish.

These systems can be controlled by a battery-powered controller for flexibility and simplicity or a multi-circuit system controlled by solenoid valves favoured by permanent and more comprehensive irrigation setups.

Rain water harvest tank

We can design and install rainwater harvesting systems including on demand pump systems to irrigate your garden. This contributes to reducing storm surges and localised flooding, in addition to minimising water bills and allowing you to continue watering your garden during periods of drought or hose pipe bans.

Drainage systems

Increasingly planning permission requires consideration of water management and specifically soakaways and drainage being included in project plans to minimise runoff and flooding. We are experienced in the design and installation of these systems.
