Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Technician to join our team. As a Landscape Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces for residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on position that requires mechanical knowledge and experience in landscape maintenance and construction.

Responsibilities:

– Assist in the construction of features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls and water features

– Operate power tools and equipment such as stone saws, breakers, blowers

– Use hand tools to perform tasks such as digging, soil levelling, and spreading gravel

– Install and maintain drainage systems

– Keeping outdoor areas clean and presentable

This role may occasionally require aspects of soft landscaping such as planting trees and shrubs

Full driving licence essential.

This is a full time and permanent position with a realistic and competitive salary which will reflect ability, skill and experience of the individual applicant.

Experience:

– Previous experience in landscape maintenance or construction is preferred

– Knowledge of power tools and equipment used in landscaping

– Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in landscaping tasks

– Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently

– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
