Cotswold District Council have granted planning permission for significant improvement and development in our yard. Approval has been granted for new industrial units, which have the possibility of being divided and/or including mezzanines which gives the units greater future flexibility.

The buildings have also been located to maximise the areas between and to provide sufficient area for both manoeuvring of vehicles, loading and car parking.
The site will have provision for 28 car parking spaces, 12 van parking spaces and a covered area for 10 cycle spaces.
A terraced nursery is included in the proposal giving an area which can be used to sow, plant and grow on our own plants. Just down the slope from the terraces will be an attenuation lagoon which will capture and filter runoff water from the hillside, slowly releasing it back down into the natural aquifer.
